With the aim of improving safety and ensuring the proper development of play, Golf Santa Marina has installed new informational signs on holes 4 and 6 warning of the existing risk of falling, along with an update to several local rules that players must now take into account.
Specific rules:
- On holes 4 and 6, if a ball comes to rest on artificial grass, it may be dropped without penalty at the nearest point of relief without gaining distance.
- On hole 4, the area between the green and the river is strictly off-limits for both play and ball retrieval. Entering this zone is subject to penalty.
- A mandatory drop zone has also been designated on hole 4. If a ball enters the water, players must drop in the marked drop zone without exception.
We kindly ask all players to respect these new guidelines, which are designed to protect both the integrity of the course and the safety of everyone on it.
