Golf, an engine for the economy

The II Study on the Economic Impact of Golf in Spain reveals an undeniable truth.

Golf acts as a driver of economic activity in Spain. The sport attracts 1.4 million tourists annually, which significantly impacts the Spanish economy, as 8.9 out of every 10 euros are allocated to other sectors.

These are some of the key findings from the II Study on the Economic Impact of Golf in Spain, conducted by Professor Juan Santaló, Chair of Strategic Management at IE University, and supported by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation (RFEG) and the Spanish Golf Course Association (AECG).

This is not an opinion, it’s INFORMATION.
