Carlota Ciganda has participated in the last 5 Solheim Cup competitions, from 2013 to 2021, obtaining a total of 7 wins and 2 draws in 19 games played.

The numbers of the lady golfer in the Solheim Cup make her, due to her own merits, the best Spanish player in the history of this competition.

“It is true that having played five Solheim Cups gives you that experience that other younger players obviously don’t have, but there is a high level and quality in Europe. My goal is to enter the team on my own merits and help Europe to lift the cup in Spain. I believe it can be achieved and we are going for it. I always try to get to the summer as prepared as possible, to the greats competitions and, obviously, to the Solheim Cup in the years that it is played”, points out Carlota.
